Shipping & returns if purchasing directly from the artist:

Australia:

Shipping is free anywhere in Australia. 

 

International shipping:

For purchases outside Australia, please email me at evesellars@hotmail.com

I can ship to most countries and will usually offer discounted courier rates.  Any painting with any side greater than 59cm will be removed from its stretcher bars, and the painted canvas will be safely rolled in a tube for shipping.

7 day returns:  I truly hope you absolutely adore your new artwork!  However, I understand that sometimes, the colours don't quite match your home, or the art is not quite what you were expecting.  No problem - just email evesellars@hotmail.com if you wish to return an artwork within 7 days of delivery to your home or post office box.  The cost of return shipping will be covered by you, the purchaser.  Please use the original packaging and be careful with the art - if it is returned damaged in any way, the purchaser will bear the cost of repair or replacement.  Returns initiated over 7 days from delivery to your home or post office box are not eligible for a refund.  Returns are not available for international purchases.

Gift Cards:

Gift Cards can be purchased for any amount and are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.  The recipient can use the value of the card to purchase one or more items on evesellars.com. 

 

To purchase an artwork using a Gift Card, simply tick the "redeem a gift card" at Checkout.  If there are any issues, or if you wish to split your purchase between a Gift Card and Paypal, please email evesellars@hotmail.com and I'll be happy to help.  Any remaining value on the Gift Card can be used for a future purchase until the expiration date.  No cash refunds are issued on remaining values.  No refunds apply to Gift Cards.  In the event that the purchaser of the artwork wishes to return the art within the 7 day return period, assuming the art is returned in original condition, the amount originally funded by the Gift Card will be re-issued as another Gift Card, with an expiration date equal to the original Gift Card.

Payment terms:

If purchasing directly from the artist, Paypal is the preferred method of payment.  No Paypal?  No problem!  Email evesellars@hotmail.com for bank deposit details. Please note, for international sales, Paypal invoice is the only accepted method of payment.

Accuracy of photos:

Some photos of artworks have been placed 'in situ' with furniture for your reference.  While every care has been taken, you should always carefully measure your space to ensure the painting is the appropriate size.  Occasionally, paintings pictured are not exactly to scale. You should also note that the colours represented on your computer monitor or other device may be slightly different to the actual painting.  I take great care to make sure all photos are accurately portrayed, however, occasionally there will be a difference.

Privacy Policy:

If you subscribe to this website, I will store your email address and the name you have supplied.  I will provide you with email communications unless you request that I cease this activity. 

I collect information relating to your contact details (name, address, phone number) for the purposes of sending you any artwork/s that you purchase.  This information may also be collected by PayPal. 

I will also provide your contact details to any courier service I use or Australia Post for the purposes of delivering artwork/s to you.  I may contact you regarding a purchase you have made, such as delivery information.

This website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides me with the online platform that allows me to sell my products to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 
 

I do not collect, use or retain credit card details or bank details.  All purchases are made via Paypal, or by you transferring funds into my bank account (in which case, you do not need to provide me with your bank details).  You are never required to provide me with your bank information except for the purposes of me issuing you a refund.
