Painted plein air in Yea, Victoria, this little painting was created loosely and quickly with just 5 colours plus white, to capture a sense of space and atmosphere, despite the canvas's small size.

At 40 x 30cm, it's quite small, and yet it still manages to draw your eye into the scene.  A delightful addition to anyone's home.

    ABOUT THE ARTIST

Having enjoyed a lifetime of creativity and expression, it’s no surprise Eve’s paintings are proving so popular with collectors. Eve captures the essence of the everyday gardens in our local neighbourhoods and parks, making her art relatable and unpretentious. She interprets her subject with sensitivity and love, and prefers the viewer “feel” rather than “see”.

Eve leads an unconventional life in her off-grid home in central Victoria with hubby, dogs and a gorgeously prolific vegetable garden and orchard, and spends most days at the easel.
